Tots and Trampolines

Trampolines aren't just for us big guys. Nor is an active exercise program, either. Our kids need safe fun and physical exercise as well -perhaps even more so.

Why not introduce your children to their very own rebounder trampoline, one sized and designed especially for their small growing bodies?

The best choice is a kids' bouncer. Very similar to the standard adult trampoline this innovative fitness and fun program is designed to enhance the development of children's' brains, their muscle control, their coordination and their endurance and body strength. A kid's bouncer is designed as a gentle trampoline, but one that doesn't have the steel legs and the rigidity of the round traditional trampoline frames.  These adult standards can put a child in danger of physical trauma or shock. This kids' bouncer trampoline has a complete suspension system as well as spring loaded legs that absorb shock.

Unique also are its strings with customized music wire properties and a frame that is flexible and able to absorb any impact that could cause harm to a wee one's fragile skeletal frame. The bouncer trampoline for children also has railing that can be removed.

Completely padded, this children's trampoline is made of materials that are not toxic. You can safely let your child play on it as early as nine month old.  This child's bouncer trampoline is 33 inches long, 33 inches wide, and 11 inches high. It can accommodate a child's weight up to sixty pounds. It is especially designed for children up to six years of age. Only a small amount of assembly is required to get this great exercise tool up and running for your little tykes.

The second trampoline product recommended especially for children is a children's rebounding system, which includes several children's DVDs or video instructions. With this smaller trampoline version your kids get their exercise, have a great time and all while their feet are hardly leaving the mat. While they are bouncing, they are not bouncing at an unsafe height. With this bounding system they are using their feet to push down rather than jump up.

There are four different versions of this children's trampoline bounding workout, each taught by instructional video or DVD. The first video teaches the youngsters how to set up their rebounding trampoline and how to complete some very basic trampoline moves for exercise and fun. The next video offers a twenty-minute long routine of exercise and fun that teaches the children five traditional trampoline moves as well as some smaller turns, no more than forty-five degrees.

Next your children will tackle the intermediate trampoline instructions, again for a twenty-minute routine. Another five trampoline moves are added to their workout program, as well as a little more advanced quarter degree turns. The final children's trampoline instruction takes them through yet another twenty-minute trampoline routine, six new bouncing moves and changes that are fully directional 360-degree turns.
