Trampoline Parts

There are a number of trampoline parts that you may have to replace over the life of the trampoline, as well as handy accessories you may want to purchase to add to the fun and success of your trampoline exercise regimen.

Trampoline parts - those things you're going to have to replace at some point - include jumping surfaces, enclosures such as the trampoline nets or sleeves, the rectangular parts, the springs and the tents.

Jumping surface prices vary according to the size of the trampoline. These trampoline parts can be purchased as small as ten feet in diameter or as wide as 15 feet.

A ten-foot jumping surface, referred to as a bed, retails at around $100. It is, of course, round, with stitches, and a total of 72 V rings that have a diameter of eight feet eight inches. Springs must be purchased separately from other trampoline bed replacement parts.

For a twelve or thirteen foot trampoline bed, the price is about the same. The only difference in the trampoline parts here is the number of required V rings (in both cases 80, instead of the 72 needed for the ten foot trampoline) and the sizes of the V rings. A 12-foot trampoline surface would need rings with a diameter of 10 feet four inches, while the thirteen-foot bed would require ten foot seven inch V rings.

The largest trampoline part to be replaced would be the bed of a fifteen-foot trampoline, which would cost $109 approximately. This product includes 96 V rings each thirteen feet three inches in diameter.

Perhaps the smallest of the trampoline parts that will need replacing, but one of the most essential, are your trampoline springs. They go hand in glove with the trampoline bed. These springy trampoline parts can be as small as five and a half inches or as large as nine inches, depending on the size of the trampoline. The cost of purchasing one galvanized five and a half inch spring is $1.50. For a box of 48 you'll pay $48. One seven inch spring is $2, but you can also save here with the purchase of a box of 48 of these trampoline parts for $65, or two boxes of 48 for $110. One box of 88 galvanized seven-inch trampoline springs brings the cost down to $100.

The largest and most costly of these springs is one nine-inch spring. This trampoline part, bought separately, is $2. If you purchase a box of nine-inch trampoline springs, however, you get a break - 124 of these trampoline parts for the discount price of $150.
